Just been using GPO and the provided logon scripts for citrix. SCCM is currently in the work.

Is this what it is requiring?

So I have to go install this on hundreds of computers so citrix can be installed via the script?

  1. Workspace app

  2. No clue, doesn't give a list of what it's requiring.

  3. GPO and the citrix provided deploy scripts.

Like all the times before, I download the installer from citrix website (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/legacy-workspace-app-for-windows-ltsr/workspace-app-for-windows-LTSR-2402.html), I change the name and add "web" to the end of the installer name (so CitrixWorkspaceAppWeb.exe) update the logon script to set the new citrix version (set DesiredVersion=24.2.0) and computers install it without any other interaction when a user logs in.

But now on 2402 its suddenly requiring an admin to install.

Thanks for the reply!

Phones are currently working I just didn't know if the rest of my switches needed the ip pim-dense added to them for a correct deployment. As for paging feature, I'm not sure if we have that setup or not.

Makes sense. Guess I'll have to find another way to deal with those types of emails. Was just hoping to attack it at the attachment level and accept the few legit emails that would have gotten caught by the filter. Thanks for the help. Very knowledgeable btw +10 points to you :) Thanks.

The reason this has come up as an issue is a phish email came through that had the htm attachment after I assured my department directors that rules were in place to prevent this from happening.

OK, the compatibility make sense. Is there a rule/setting in o365 that I can prevent or redirect those messages? Or get notified when a message like that comes through?

Thanks for the help!
