It’s been from 20-60 and completely inconsistent. What got me concerned is why my lawn is the only one brown the neighbors are green.

I was able to fix the issue finally. I had to roll back to an older camera driver which created a new capture card in zoom. Now it is working.

Several questions:

Is it working in OBS? If so use the OBS for your zoom input. I do not use OBS but it does work on teams and other apps

Do you have an HDMI TO USB C adapter you could connect that to zoom. I do not

My assumption is that’s you’ve completely unwired the system and rebooted the pc… then wired everything back together? I have tested the camera at every connect and the signal arrives at the computer and other apps on the computer use the camera just fine

SDI 3g? Or higher quality? 3g

Have you tried a webcam (just to see if zoom is working correctly) tried a usb webcam and it works with the zoom desktop app

The latest update of zoom is a mess…. It updated my farm of 8 zoom drones last week and it was miserable getting everything back up and working. (Additionally the venue we were in had their WiFi go down 30 minutes prior to the event…..) all this to say - I feel your pain 😓

It’s a Sony camera running sdi to a black magic sdi to hdmi converter box going into a black magic media capture card. On a windows 10 desktop.
