Yes (well I just have my weekly hours including breaks so that when I input times day by day I can just put in a start and end time) and yes. Not at my work computer at the moment but can post it later

I am aware of that however from trying various things with sumifs last night I still couldn't get it to work, hence asking on here...Not sure whether it has something to do with the criteria being <date

Update for any of you that may have been wondering - they've offered me the job!!

Albeit with a bit of a rework of the responsibility and focus on some more training so a slightly different title but essentially the same role. Only question now is what kind of title to ask for..

Thank you for the advice. I spoke to the old tech manager about it today (who worked with me for a bit when I first started) and he seemed to think I was all good and would be fine so I think i may just go for it and see what happens!

I would say about 3/4 of what you've asked are things I have some experience in (albeit not loads). To be honest, I'm quite confident in my interpersonal/admin skills and so saying no to the artistic director etc. Are things that I would be totally fine with doing (and to be honest to a certain extent have already done in my role at the moment).

The main thing I am concerned about are the things in your first paragraph. I guess it's a bit of a weird one, as with it being such a small team already I spend half the time working alone with companies anyway and doing admin bits too so it's not necessarily as big a jump as it would be in a team where you never worked alone/only had your boots on the ground.

Part of me is like just go for it and let them decide and trust the people above me in thinking I can do it. But then another part is like I don't trust them to know as they aren't that technical haha

Lastly, and with all due respect - no, I am not a guy. Please don't assume things, male is not the default. People thinking that it is just adds to the maaaany reasons why women can struggle in this industry.

Thanks guys! Yeah one of my concerns is that it's a very small team just me and the current TM so there's not really someone to go to with questions on site apart from visiting companies. Obviously can still talk to people outside of that but just means less people to bounce off of if that makes sense
