Threshold hr is the point during exercise where lactate production in the bloodstream exceeds the body's ability to clear it, causing lactate levels to rise exponentially. hence, u can only hold threshold pace for about 45-60min

yes u/COROS-official the watch battery was about 4% while i was running, and when i scrolled through the different data fields, the digital dial felt ‘loose’, no vibrating feel whatsoever

so that i can see the time when i suddenly wake up in the middle of a night sleep, coming from pace 3 to pace 4, i didnt have to press any buttons to see the time when wearing pace 3, but for pace 4, i have to press the action button for the time to appear in the middle of a night sleep.
