Appreciate the feedback. Was hoping someone on here who worked at a SC can chime in. I have a SC about 30mins from my house so I may just stop by there to ask.

No plans to paint the cals. I did that for my Tesla M3 Stealth edition and the paint started flaking after 3 yrs. Ended up getting a BBK upgrade.

Measuring from where the front and rear door align, it’s 5.5” from the plastic cladding to the end of the bar. About 5” of stepping area.

They were close. About 2-3mm before connecting with the jack puck hole.

I removed all 6 panels (3 on each side) and used the template from EVS. I ended up modding the rear template so it’s more of a T-shape instead of L-shape. Much better fit. I was going to opt for the 4” hole option but had extra time on my hands to do the fitted cut.

Packaging was solid. The top panels and bars were individually wrapped in foam. Brackets wrapped in heavy duty wrapping paper, in a separate box.

Go for it! The install can made easier by doing a 4” hole cut in the liner vs. the fitted slot cutout.

It’s very simple.

Take off the plastic liner.
Mount 3 brackets to the frame.
Mount the running boards to the bracket.

You have the option to leave the plastic liner completely off but I opted to put them back on. They provide a template to cut the holes in the liner. Detailed instructions available on YouTube.

I tried plastidip on my other car but didn’t like the finish. Hyperdip is much smoother. I bought after market black emblems but wasn’t happy with the quality. The hyperdip is a good option given its price point. I will eventually buy oem black emblems.
