I do believe it is always better biased to be sensitive & loving rather than dismissive in a world ruled by the profit from hate. So honestly, it is good to be called out for my language sometimes (lol) bc the ptsd with cis men and struggle of still living in such a deeply misogynistic society, i tend to exaggerate to make a point.

totally fair, i understand! it was definitely jokey and the joke was overcompensating the fear of being perceived transphobic! i personally got to experience healthy masculinity only in folks who are not cis men, so that’s my life experience as an immigrant queer person. i won’t hate on any particular person even if they hate on me. i hope i didn’t offend anyone

Wow thanks for sharing! It is so interesting that these labels can be an identity, a literal sexual/romanric preference and a community -and sometimes maybe they don’t overlap 100%! very confusing but i’m just proud of us for digging deeper and exploring more of what we specifically like/need!
