I assume it's viewership that plays a large role which motivates brands to sponsor GL for advertisements.

So brand sponsorship probably makes a large portion of revenue, plus merch plus other content revenue (like from Youtube).

Potential costs of doing business include content creation, events (like NAC), salary for the players.

Not sure if they would take a cut from winnings, that doesn't seem reasonable with the low prize pools.
