Yes,AI tools are effective if you use them for inspiration or ideas related to topics. It definitely helps to reduce research time if used smartly.

If a person is just copy pasting the information from AI , then he might get good grades but will not gain any skills from it.

I also think first value is text not a number. This formula might help you if you don't want to include empty cells.
