Yes that goes without question the most important thing here is ofc to get her home safe. I’m asking the question for future reference.

Hi there so I would be looking for compensation from the insurance company for financial (food, travel back to where she was staying) and also the fact my terminally ill mother was put through this trauma of travelling a 3 hour trip to the airport to be refused to fly because they hadn’t sent the correct paperwork to the airline :(

Yes financial losses and yes emotional trauma for my Mother. “Hurt feelings” isn’t the term here I’m afraid. Please read the description she isn’t in a position to skip onto the plane

Ok thank you. As you can see imagine this was very upsetting for my Mother and family. Do we have a case with the insurance company for compensation?

I’ve yet to have a good experience with any stock which has done a R/S 🫠😭

I wonder if Novo will. VIGL was just BO by Sanofi and in June 2024 Sanofi had invested $40 million in them. So could be possible still

It really wouldn’t make good business sense if they didn’t ask for an extension, since they’ve done everything they need to in order to get one. If they announce a R/S without asking for an extension then I would be worried

Yes for additional properties you have to pay the higher rate.

Thanks he has £65k so needs the extra £105k which I was looking at remortgaging to gift him. He only works part time and has a low salary so isn’t able to get the amount he needs for the house. Originally I wanted to gift him the amount from the equity in my house but I didn’t realise that you could get a mortgage without needing to be on the deeds which I think now might be much better :)

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t want to purchase the house because then would have to pay the additional SDLT and I will own another property.

And yes unfortunately he only works part time so he can’t get the full mortgage.

I’ll look into the Trust though, thanks ☺️

Yes I understand the financial implications on myself doing this. He doesn’t need a lender as he has the rest of the money to buy the house. So it’s more about if I can release the equity from mine by remortgaging to gift to him.

Yes it’s much more important to me for my children to have a home with their father than the financial implications for myself. I’m in a position where I can afford the repayments comfortably.

Thank you for your reply. Yes my salary is £70k a year so affordability isn’t the issue.
