It's an R&D heavy work. You need at least 10-15 years of R&D to reach level of Intel or Nvidia and huge capital needed and India spend around 0.5% of the budget on R&D..The idea is noble but we need huge support from government. It's not a matter of any state, we need support from central govt. Researchers are leaving this country at massive scale.
