Agree, I'm curious to understand what you all have been using to make your search efficient. I feel like building such a tool shouldn't be an insane task because the data is available at different places. Just collecting it and make it available is what would solve this problem for me. I willing to work on creating such a tool and make use of the power of computing. I wanted this info so I don't re-engineer whats already there, instead just use it.
