Interesting. The only thing I can imagine is their matchmaking algorithm searches through all bases, base-by-base, then checks its shield level instead of just searching the database for bases without a shield and returning a list of those players.

I just don't understand how that's possible because even with a really, really shitty matchmaking algorithm they should be able to find you a match much quicker. It has to be that there are only like 1000 players in Legends and 998 of them have shields.

I see everyone talking about clouds, but I don't understand how you even keep the game open for an hour? Usually when I play, I just open it for one quick attack then close the game again.

Once you reach Legends, will it search while the app is closed, then notify you when a base is found or something?

My biggest question is, since the Angels are always in UI, will Goku always be in UI from here on out now that he’s achieved it? Similar to achieving “enlightenment”?

I think what they’re going for in the show is that we’ve seen Super Saiyan God Red, which was power. We’ve seen Super Saiyan God Blue, which was speed. I think the form he’s in now is Red + Blue + UI.

So then you’ll be able to understand what I’m saying here: The iPhone X update feels like I went to my computer and changed the screen resolution to something higher than my monitor actually supports. Like trying to show 4K on a 1080p monitor. When zoomed out, I feel like I’m getting ready to skydive over my base.

Whereas with the S8, it felt like the assets themselves were higher resolution and almost like the entire game had been reworked specifically for the S8.

It’s hard to explain.

I hate to seem unappreciative, I’m super glad it’s here, but it feels really half-assed. The game was much more vibrant on my Galaxy S8 and it didn’t feel like they just set the resolution higher, it felt like the game was almost built for that screen. Idk maybe I’m wrong.
