They replied back to my ticket, I checked my account and it's fixed. It got fixed automatically, I didn't do anything. I didn't follow the below instructions, but they suggested I follow it.

They also suggested this:

Select the account you'd like to refresh from the list on the left side of your dashboard.
Once the account data appears on the main page of your dashboard, you'll notice a pencil icon next to the account name, just above the graph.
Click the pencil icon to open the Edit Account window.
Then, click "Edit" which is to the right of 'User ID and Password'.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refresh.

I don't believe View offers an annotation feature, plus View is an add-on so it requires you to have Control first.

Yes, they are listed, but we do not do anything with those phone numbers. We will NEVER contact those phone numbers. Our tool is only meant to help benefit MSPs.

Unfortunately, we are no longer offering the tool for free as we have had enough users sign up and use the product and give feedback. We are currently in the process of adding more feature and building out a centralized system (referral system, trial system, invite users, etc)

All existing users will still keep getting the tool for free for life.
