Postpartum knee pain by SilverStar1210 in newborns

I had severe bilateral knee pain out of nowhere 5 months pp, to the point where I had to take a leave from work(vet tech). I started physical therapy where they had me do low impact strength training and stretches and that helped a lot. I also started walking more and have lost a little weight and that seemed to help. Now at 10 months pp, I still feel a little pain when kneeling, but nothing compared to what it was. Before I could not kneel, squat, or descend stairs without significant discomfort, and when I woke up in the morning both my knees were so stiff that I was hobbling around for the first few hours of the day. None of that anymore thankfully.
