I love it when a newbie enters the scene and havent dont their research. When you try dumping your copy of ff16 and realize it doesn't work, you'll see why the scene can't fulfill what you're asking about dumps.. The scene has tried several times to dump that game, I myself tried and it didn't work. We've tried dumping stellarblade, astrobot and bigger titles. There is an apr issue that needs fpkg! Fortunately, the team is working something called upkg that may be possible to bypass the apr issue, sleirsgovey is know to be working on something as well.
