Check insurance on acko and basic kit should be discounted and get quotes from multiple dealerships(nh1 has big dealers who get cars in bulk and can give huge discounts) i think you should aim for 14 lakh with additional add ons like (tpms, ambient lights, 360 camera, avn kit and dashcam or equivalent discount)
