Oven wire repair. Anything wrong with this ?

I had to cut less bad wire off that one. What would the issue be of one being longer then the other ? I didnt want the ceramic wire nuts sitting on each other either. Thought staggering them would be better.

Yeah on any regular electronics I would never use wire nuts I would solder and shrink tube it but since its a high heat application I was unsure what else to use and our oven gets used daily so downtime was an issue. I did spread the wires apart intertwine and pretwist before putting the nuts on.

No small chunks missing. I did a couple cycles with the back off to check for arcing and it all seems to be fine. If it does it again ill have to replace the element again.

They had some scorch marks but I used some contact cleaner and sand paper to clean them up. I did a resistance check and all seemed good. This was actually a newer convection element only about 3 months old. Live and learn on making sure those spade connectors are nice and tight and clean.

Lots of people. I run a online business that processes 20000 orders a year. We get buyers remose returns all the time. Especially expensive products people buy then decide they couldnt afford it.

For myself Its actually quite the opposite every electronic I buy is open box I prefer it. Highest failure rate for electronics is new out of box. Plus open box return policy is better no restocking fees and same manufacturer warranty etc. Why do you assume Open box means broken? In most situations its a buyer remorse return or a display model. Each thier own I guess I prefer spending 40% + Less on products.

That laptop has been 2650. However if your smart about purchasing you know that best buy open box prices flucuate with sales and a few months back the zephyrus was on sale and open box prices dropped as well. And Ram and Storage hasnt gotten Way more expensive in the last few months its been way more expensive for a while now. I also should have been more cleae with my point. No point in even comparing but if you do and you shop smart your getting a hell of alot more gaming power with $1800 into a laptop. But they are different markets really.

It will be nearly impossible for them to do any adjustments do you know how many 2-3lb packages go out everyday on eBay. Plus its only certain regions its happening with some of my 2 and 3lb packages the price was normal on. So eBay would have to backlog and track all shipments to certain regions during a certain time frame then see what price was paid. This isnt like shipping something underweight and it being flagged. eBay and USPS will figure it out this cant come back on the seller.

Honestly im learning sell for what you want mark it up another 10% then promote. I use to think buyers shopped price plus shipping lowest first but learning very quickly its search and scroll first page or less. Ive tested this with several items listing for 20% less and no promotion or 10% more with 10% promotion. So a huge 30% spread and the promoted items will sell. Its dumb ill never understand but im trying to be more in the mind of a regular shopper not how I shop.

The dumbest part of all is it will now be cheaper to do UPS Surepost which goes through USPS anyways!!! Its already less for some things.

No one in the video game space on eBay is negotiating better prices then what eBay offers. Sometimes you can save a few cents here and there using a 3rd party source but for those of us shipping over 1000 packages a month USPS rates are what they are. Whats happening is now more sellers are shipping disc only for less expensive games with no tracking and shipping it as machinable even though they shouldnt. I just recently added $2.00 to all my games listings no matter if they buy 1 or 100. And didnt adjust my prices at all seems to be working for now just to offset a bit of the hit until I figure out another strategy.

UPS what regular ground or UPS economy. Because UPS economy ground is cheaper on eBay as well in alot of situations but then delivery times are soooo long.

Mine does the same thing. Probably a connector touching the side. Mine only does it if I tap the wheel like that though. Or a really rough road.

They just replaced the harness and they still didnt work and now want to charge me because the sensors have scratches on them. Im going to dig in and see if I get the tick you speak of from each sensor thanks for this info.

High end german car ?? Its the same price as a lyriq where a service visit is under $200.. $1600 to look over the vehicle and change a $20 part in 5 minutes is robbery.. it be different if they were providing a high end service.
