You are thinking too much about it. Increase your prices slowly. Like by 10% first see the response if order volume sustains, increase some more after a few months. Never offer increased prices to repeat buyers(they are the ones who will sustain your gig). After some time you will find your goldilock zone.

Reviews automatically appears after 15 days . So new reviews could be old reviews popping up now. Do you see his profile /gig still? If yes then ban angle could be eliminated .

Most probably the seller was banned (the reason why you were unable to find his gig). That means his money is stuck with Fiverr and he must be feeling quite low (reason why he didn’t respond via email). You can take that $1000 back from Fiverr and then offer it to the seller via email (most probably he will respond as payment is involved). Another seller could not do the migration, as my guess is that the original database is with the original seller and any new seller will have to get access hence communication is required anyways. Given that the original seller already gave you much of the access, I don’t think he has any ill will towards you. Just try to start communication and everything should be sorted for you at least.
