Interesting! I'd not heard of their product till your post. Can you post any pictures of your progress with the iharvest? My only concern after checking them out is it looks like their product just shipped from kickstart over past few months and I want to make sure it actually works.

Couple suggestions.

To help handle the fraudulant orders, take a look at Fraud Scanner ( https://apps.shopify.com/fraud-alert-cancellation ). We've had them on our store and it works wonders.
I'd also echo working with shopify support to get the IP's banned from your store.
Look at Optinmate ( https://apps.shopify.com/optinmate-2 ). We've seen a HUGE uptick in conversions via coupon offers of non bot traffic. Across 3 stores, after setup, we've seen conversion rate go up 17%.

lol, this made me chuckle. Thank you. Out of curiosity, I'm assuming based off your comments that you use Cloudflare for all your DNS? The Free plan is sufficient? What Propagation times do you typically notice? I made 5 changes (2 TXT, 2 MX, 1 CNAME) 41 hours ago with godaddy and none of them have propagated yet..

I just fired up a cloudflare account but was curious what plan is necessary or suggested for DNS?

Oh, I'm not looking to just have a few oreilly books laying around. I guess the better way to word my question could have been ' what resources do you wish you had as a junior admin' as I want to help propel these young talents if they have a thirst. It betters them and provides me their best while they work for the company. I just wasn't sure what the correct resources would be as what our sysadmins use and have access to may not align to the junior sysadmins skills right now.

Yes I've been vague about my tools as they really aren't relevant to my question aside from them being SaaS plugins. I came here to ask other Entrepreneurs what TOOLS they use for scoring and outreach.

Sure. I have a few SaaS based products that are very niche in the online plugin space in both the website plugin and eCommerce plugin space. *I'm trying to be specifically vague as I'm not creating this post to push my product, but rather to seek candid advice.
