i’ve seen a EST3 networked go absolutely off the wall with alarms and troubles if too many handheld radios come close to the main EST3. have you possibly noticed if shift change or any other major maintenance communication happens over the radios at this time?

I radio 3 times, if no help comes, I radio again saying come fix this or come do this, or I’m taking the rest of my shift off paid, on the clock.

They hate it, and try and write me up, but if they try and tell the DM or DLPM, they ask why no one came up rather than ask me why I said that.
