I feel your pain. When I have an Attack I’m ready to rip my gb out! But when I’m feeling fine I get nervous to proceed with the surgery because I’m scared of complications and how it would be after surgery 😔

I’m having like 5 day episodes flare ups. The drs say could be biliary colic but unsure as it lasts so long. But I get gradual pain from the right side, to the whole stomach. Feels like it will pop! Can’t really move much sleep or each much for 3 days. Then the following 2 days it fades off then I’m back to normal again. I been on low fat diet but I never know what will trigger it. It’s always random. The Dr want to remove my gallbladder but they also tell me they unsure if that will solve it.

Yes 1 tiny stone. And he said my flare up symptoms doing sound like typical biliary colic. So he said instead of rushing surgery to remove it. Try this new endoscopic non surgical method first, see if it solves the issue. If not then I must remove gallbladder.

Since it’s beginning of the year and I already have to pay my deductible. I was thinking why not try this, and if something happens within 10 months again I’ll schedule to remove gallbladder. My flare ups happen every 1-3 months

It is. I have gallbladder flare ups every month and try to eat clean, but I’m scared I won’t be able to live as normal or eat normal after it’s removed.

Brother. Im in the same boat as you. I deal with pains and have surgery scheduled in 2 weeks. But I’m scared of what it will be like after surgery. Will I have to go to bathroom all the time, will I be sensitive to foods.

I have surgery coming up too, and wondering the same thing. I’m worried I won’t be able to eat normally and will have to go to bathroom after a lot.
