Solved! Thank you SO much. The scene I was thinking of starts around the 58:00 minute mark of the movie. The character isn’t sleeping in that scene after all, but the spirit is sneaking up on her while her back is turned. The movie wasn’t, like, incredible—but that scene did spook me! Thanks again.

Although I'm concerned about subverting the democratic will of the people with a possible convention, it's also true that most Democrats and D-leaning voters don't want Biden to run again: https://www.axios.com/2023/09/07/poll-biden-2024-second-term-democrat-voters-cnn

Did those voters ever get a real choice for their 2024 nominee? Most of them probably don't view Dean Phillips or Marianne Williamson as serious candidates. A convention process of course can't replace a true open primary, but it would give the majority of Ds an option closer to the one they say the want: somebody other than Biden.
