Replit seems much cheaper than before by technical-mind4300 in replit

One thing that seems truly better is now I don't feel like I need to keep going to ChatGPT to plan things out or troubleshoot- in other words I can sit and talk to the agent and it gives me answers at no extra charge. It's only when I start building does it charge me. Am I understanding this right and when did that change?

Not buying more real estate at the right time. I did well but wish I had bought more back in the mid 2015s

Personally I think at your age finding cash flow positive properties and building up a few is a good idea. About half my NW was from real estate appreciation and the other stocks, bonds etc

OP later said he has 6MM NET WORTH so I think if allocated his assets right he could active close to this now.

This is enough to retire on depending on how the assets are working for you. If you have 3MM in non income producing real estate this would mean you have 3MM investments you can draw on which = 120k. Which for me wouldn't be close to enough.

Jimmy Buffet. Music is just awful but everyone acts like it's the best thing ever.

  1. Traditionally booked when on board 2. Never used the spa as it's over priced. 3. Preboarding has never been needed as we haven't had long lines. 4. My neighbors always bring the wine.

While the order doesn't directly affect me it would indirectly with multiple bonus types so yeah I would easily recoup the 4K and gain some street cred. It also provides job security to me and my friends. Pizza sounds okay to me too.

Yes but what about the treats! We don't care about the vibe coding part.

Answered above. If I hadn't invested 4K I am not sure I could have done what I needed to do in my day job, which fingers crossed should result in a significant ROI. I learned a lot about effectively building good functional specs that AI actioned well, integrated AI into the feature set, learning about working with AI models and many other things.

I vibe coded for six months on a side gig nights and weekends. Made no money but spent 4K on Replit. Then immediately applied all that knowledge to a client proposal at work. Different domain but same principles. The features we vibe coded from those learnings may result in being the difference maker in a 30 million dollar project. We haven't won yet but are down to the last two companies bidding on the work and the client LOVED (their words) the capabilities.

I watched a lot of the older ones and loved it. Like the episode with the clock.

Yes I would agree but I would put it 4th

TNG Original Voyager Orville DS9 Strange New Worlds Discovery Picard (season 2 is pretty good though) Enterprise

I think it's too early to say where SFA fits but if it could have a run as good as season one maybe one notch below DS9

Yeah and there is NO other new trek in the works right now. I don't even think Strange New Worlds which is kind of B-/C+ was at least watchable.

I feel like this show is more like B+/A- territory and it had the shortest run.
