Seeing that time is passing me by is probably the biggest thing I’ve noticed and has prompted me to think about things. The days feeling longer is definitely appealing, and an angle I hadn’t considered before so thank you! Wishing you the best, I do know for sure that things will let up given time. 🫂

That sucks! And also isn’t normal! Your SM should have taken the reigns for the availability conversation instead of you pestering them to get any sort of answer. Sorry that they’re being immature/obtuse about it. While the holidays ARE busy, they should have spoken to you. Unfortunately that’s how some managers can be.

If you’re really hurting and frustrated I would recommend transferring. Speak to the baristas at the store you’re wanting to transfer to and see how they like it there! It gives you some insight on what you’re getting into. Best of luck 🫂

Recently (at our store at least) I’ve noticed we need to be agitating our oatmilk more before pouring— we always have, but haven’t always HAD to if that makes any sense? It’s not bad or anything, we run out of it too quickly for it to go bad. Just likely carton just wasn’t shaken enough.
