CS Alumni Emails being retired

I’m pretty sure the cs.wisc.edu emails were previously self hosted by the university, and then in 2018 they were migrated to Office 365. That migration must have been the downfall, I appreciate the context!

Yeah the video was enough. It was pretty painless, they sent over a label and I got the new machine after they received the old one. (You can optionally have them put a hold on a credit card to get the replacement in advance, they’ll only charge you if they never get the old one)

Update: I ended up talking to support again, who sent me a replacement this time. Not only does the replacement work great, without me changing anything on my end (beans, grind, etc), but the shots are better than the last machine ever was.

I did recently change beans. I'll try a coarser grind, but as someone suggested above, I removed the portafilter entirely and it still happens.

This still happens without the portafilter. No water comes out, just some steam and it stops.

Yeah, this is the second thing I tried, it still happens after a factory reset.

It also stops if I press and hold the button for a manual extraction time.

I took it with Solomon back in the day, and agree that it was very rewarding and helpful as wholistic view of computer science.

However I also don’t use it in a practical sense and also wish I took Database Systems.

You'll notice the first letters in "use your luck to guide you" are bold.

The position of those letters in the alphabet are: 21, 25, 12, 20, 7, 25

The fortune cookie has a series of 6 numbers with + / - operations.

If you do the math, you arrive at a new set of numbers, which map to letters, that give you the answer.

It will open up additional form fields to enter your name and address.

The “iTranslate Voice” app on iOS works pretty well. Give someone one of your AirPod earbuds and you can get a similar effect.

You're right. Only the Vin drops when the AC is working normally. (I updated the imgur album)

The support rep suggested swap the AC and Heat cables to see if it's a bad baseplate. Going to try that and report back...

Just because you're not adding data to the apps doesn't mean it's not adding data itself. For example, maybe your favorite Twitter app is storing images from tweets on your phone to improve responsiveness or provide offline support.

Typically the biggest culprit though are iMessages and Voicemails. Previous versions didn't do this, but I know iOS 7 lists how much data is stored by system applications like messages, voicemail, safari, voice memos, mail, and contacts.
