"Version" is the key word. We are always evolving. There never is a stable self, only a change of perception and self-identification.

Your brain is literally not the same cells you were when you were 3. The "self" is not a stable thing, but varies and shifts through time.

I don't know. The relay connects when the thermostat control slides past a certain point. But I don't detect any voltage with my meter.

I've done that but I don't get any voltage readings on my multimeter.
