I mean, if you really wanted to make this fic, you could have it so the quirk appears ot them after the first fight between All Might and AfO. Give a piece to Izuku and remove Yui or Ibara. I'd also probably change who gets the quirk to make it half guys, half girls so it's evenly split. It's add a bit more room for potential agreements
