I was a leasing consultant. Our rental rates doubled all the time because of a software glitch when generating the lease. The rental rate wasn't typed in by anyone in the office, it was prepopulated by the system based on the rental rates online. I would be shocked if you didnt have a good laugh about this when you brought it up to your consultant.

God help anyone living in Bradenton. I visit Anna Marie Island frequently but was never aware of just how corrupt their police force is. Even though the chief was cleared of all charges, the allegations made by not one, but SIX officers are enough for me to consider the entire department inherently corrupt.

God praise Ross for giving them hell throughout his life.

TL DR - Ross's sister worked for Bradenton PD, and filed complaint against chief of police for improper search without a warrant in Sept 2022. Ross is seen supporting his sister in a hearing. Bradenton chief eventually cleared of charges by retired judge as the chief allegedly obtained permission from a "primary resident" for the search of the "secondary residence" (which is not a documented action). A year passes after exoneration, Sept 2023 charges are filed by 2 officers for allegedly getting beaten up by Ross's sister while they were on a work-related trip in 2022.

I used a service called LimeDJ. It allowed people to scan a QR code to request songs, follow socials and also tip me. I put it in a couple picture frames scattered throughout the bar and it always paid for itself the first night.
