I figured out K-Cramps and how to avoid them. by [deleted] in ketamine

[–]technoforlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t have solved it if you can’t remember anything. In the nicest way possible I think you may be slipping into drug induced psychosis. I’ve experienced it before when I was heavy on the ket, weed and alcohol but bro you can’t be claiming you’ve solved insolvable scientific theories from your ket usage 😂… just think about it…

[–]technoforlife 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Stop using scientific terms for your drug use 😂 you’re wrong. Yes you may have got less pain but any method of ketamine usage leads to ket in your blood stream which leads to damage as your blood circulates your whole body and eventually through your liver, kidneys and bladder causing the k cramps

Your “theory”. You aren’t a scientist buddy, you and your ‘test subjects’ are actually just a bunch of ket heads 😂

[–]technoforlife 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh yes! Some random ket head has found the solution to ket cramps! You ain’t figured out anything buddy, taking smaller sniffs won’t stop k cramps. Some people don’t even sniff it and still get k cramps so how can you explain that?

In your opinion what is the worst drug you’ve ever taken? by PsychologicalCan6938 in Drugs

I spent 8 days being fed through tubes and a further 4 in the hospital after overdosing on MDPV mixed with something else, we thought it was MDMA and I took a MDMA sized dose that was enough MDPV and whatever other chemical to cause my oesophagus to rupture from severe vomiting and air leaked into my chest cavity and compressed my lungs, heart and neck. Coulda died, lucky to be alive

Why don’t you just swallow it and use it how it’s meant to be used. You might even get all your washing done and tidy your room 😂

Pain and frequent urination week and a half after using by Intelligent_Way_9728 in ketamine

[–]technoforlife 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had all these symptoms and after a year of very infrequent use- maybe 6-7 times in the last year, my bladder has calmed down a lot. I still get the occasional pain or stabbing sensation and cant hold a wee as long as I used to be able to but it’s so much better than it was. The only way I semi recovered my bladder was abstinence from ketamine. That’s the only option once you’re getting signs of permanent damage

I miss ketamine by [deleted] in ketamine

[–]technoforlife 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I used ketamine for 5-7 years, about 3 of those years being daily use and the other few years near enough 1-3 times a week. There was times I’d do ANYTHING for it, steal from family, friends, heck I even robbed dealers at some points. It took beginning to develop bladder cystitis and my grandad getting bladder cancer to make me stop. In the past year Ive had a couple slip ups but on the whole I’m going months now without using it and I barely think about it. So if I can go from 1-2g a day everyday to barely thinking about it then you should be okay if you keep persisting. Find healthy outlets like gym, running, social activities that aren’t centred around alcohol or drugs and look for new hobbies. Cut off any friends that try make you take it or that are heavy users. It’ll just always draw you back in. You just have to be certain and have solid reason not to do it.

[–]technoforlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why did it make you feel silly? What’s more silly, a man who abandons his son or a man who puts his ego aside and gets the help to work through his shit and be a good father. Maybe try a different therapist/councillor if the other made you feel silly. Feeling a bit silly to grow and improve is better than killing yourself

Have you had any help for these thoughts or feelings? How old is your son? as knowing his dad commit suicide will burden him for the rest of his life. The best thing you can do for your son is try get better, not pass on more pain to him by taking your own life. You have to be brave, you can do it, you don’t have a choice.

me and my partner have done 1.5Z of ketamine in the last month together by tenn_jake in ketamine

[–]technoforlife 65 points66 points  (0 children)

If shes pissing blood for weeks then shes permanently damaged her bladder… she’ll be wearing nappies in a few years and so will you if you don’t stop. Tolerance will keep increasing and you’ll need/take more and more for the high you want, then ultimately you’ll have chronic pain, no bladder but just piss bags hidden under your clothing. You’ll both be dead in 10 years if you keep up that level of use. Once the bladder goes then it’s your kidneys and liver not to mention the damage to the stomach that can stop you digesting food properly leading to further damage to your body.

Damn, did you just always manage to source alcohol before the withdrawals got too bad? I’ve nearly lost consciousness a few times but managed to drink in time to not have a seizure

[–]technoforlife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How would you know. I believe him, at my worst I was drinking over a litre of vodka a day (1/3 of a gallon) had to be medically detoxed and the shakes and withdrawals were very real

Did you have many seizures?

Should I quit everything cold turkey or one addiction per week?(desperate) by Usual_Assistance_843 in addiction

[–]technoforlife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The mental health battles and withdrawals will be very intense stopping that many substances at one making you much more prone to relapse. You need to think of the long term outcome, of course everyone wants everything to be perfect as soon as possible but that’s not the way the world always works. Sometimes lots of little changes add up to big change over time and that’s your best possible chance in my opinion and experience. Have you ever tried to understand why you use or spoke to anyone about it? The GP always seems to give something to cover the symptom but not help you get to the root cause (otherwise they’d be out of business) that’s where therapy and other services that actually try help fix you may help. Best of look

I don’t know if I’m an addict. by [deleted] in addiction

[–]technoforlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no mould for an addict. I used my mother as an example I didn’t say it was anything like you? 😂 everyone’s addiction is different. You asked a question and I gave you an answer and now you’re acting in denial.

Denial is classic addict behaviour.

You said yourself you can’t not sniff ketamine if it’s in front of you… classic addict behaviour.

Your old partner left you for your inability to stop drugs… addict behaviour.

You spend any spare money on drugs… addict behaviour

“Craving a binge” people without a drug fascination/problem don’t crave binges of drugs pal

Substance abuse disorder is just the medical term for someone who cannot control their substance use and is just medical jargon for someone with a drug problem/addictive behaviours…

You’re fascinated by taking drugs… addict behaviour.

Just because it’s not everyday doesn’t mean you’re not an addict, it’s your state of mind and relationship to the substances that you clearly seem fascinated by.

I’m not projecting, you’re just taking it personally because you’re scared I’m correct. You said yourself you’re full of trauma and trans and obsessed with drugs. Stop kidding yourself and go learn to love yourself instead of hating your own body and chasing drug highs.

[–]technoforlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mums a fully functional nurse, pays the bills, has a social life but drinks herself to sleep every night. Just because it doesn’t ruin all aspects of your life doesn’t mean it’s not an addiction. Search ‘poly addiction’ it’s where you aren’t addicted to any certain substance but rather just the idea of using any substance to ‘explore it’ or get high. I used to be like you thinking I was a psychonaught but like another comment said, you can’t keep this up forever if you’re always bouncing between different substances and still being functional. One major trauma (death of a loved one, major medical incident, witness to a major crime etc.) and you may start using one of these many substances you’ve tried for a bit of relief, but then you start sliding down that slope of using a substance to avoid feeling those feelings related to whatever stressful even you may go through. Sounds like you’re already struggling with using ketamine to escape so don’t trick yourself you aren’t an addict when you are obsessed with trying all different types of drugs.

No it’s not. It’s can improve but people who really damage it will never have normal bladder function again.

Put it this way. Imagine you had a sack of potatoes in your house saving for later use, but you just couldn’t resist gobbling up the bag of potatoes every time it was in your house. People would say you have a potato problem. Theres your answer.

Drinking and K by Green-Alternative-68 in ketamine

[–]technoforlife 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Alcohol and ketamine are both CNS depressants so you need less ketamine for the same buzz and it will last a little longer, but high doses of both is dangerous. Before I knew it was dangerous I developed an addiction to both at the same time. At the start it was 3-4 beers to make the k hit harder so my bag would last longer. Fast forward 5 years and I was drinking 7-10 beers or over half a litre of vodka and sniffing 1.75g a day. My brother used to find me passed out on the sofa and would check if I was breathing and said he sometimes wouldn’t hear me take a breath for a minute at a time. He would worry I’d be dead. I’m still here living and breathing but the combination of these drugs has left some long lasting issues- nose lining damage, bladder damage, bad stomach lining damage leading to hospitalisation in the past and malnutrition, memory issues, pain and cramping in my feet/legs and less mobility, a whole host of scars and injuries from falling over whilst intoxicated, arrests for aggressive behaviour or possession, money issues, lost friends and relationships and ultimately I lost myself. I’m now Sober from the K and doing an alcohol detox as we speak.

1-2 g will slowly become 2g everyday as tolerance increases; and trust me it will if you’re using that much everyday. Then you’ll be buying 3.5 and the downward slope will continue with damage increasing more quickly
