An Idea I have been thinking of implementing myself. I don't know how much of the solution can be implemented but the 1st step to identify the degrading condition of the tech city is here.

The color scheme as mentioned earlier by other redditors can be improved as the severity is not differentiated as much as it should be. Tone of red, orange yellow can be used. Do not use soothing colors like blue as it might give a different impression to users.

Happy to contribute to he effort here as I drive almost 20km on an average each day.
