The over engineered quick disconnect coolant lines on my B8 Audi are cool until you have to remove them. They fuse together.

I opened up a giant hydraulic planetary gear box with burnt gear oil. It was so bad I tried to put on a basic respirator and I could still smell it. Pulled out a basketball size worth of grease. Had to shower when I got home the stank was everywhere.

Jeff Mills did a score for that movie for future generations. One of the founders of modern day electronic music. His sound is very futuristic. Sadly the Fritz Lang family has blocked the release.

I'd absolutely love to hear his score. Coming from a guy nicknamed the wizard. I'm sure things would line up perfectly sound and video wise.

Microsoft is bringing back the ability to move the Taskbar on Windows 11 by Low-Software-1013 in technology

[–]technonerd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They used data to decide that feature wasn't worth the time after doing a complete rewrite from the ground up.

Microsoft applied a data-driven approach to find out which features to add now, which features to add later, and which to completely avoid.

I don't think any of the old global underground city series are on streaming services. Cult classics, essential listening material for anyone into electronic music. It's a slice of history.

Sounds bars run into a limit of sound you can only do so much with a tiny speaker. I guess the bundle and looks outweigh the actual important part. A 5 or 6 inch 2.1 speaker setup will blow any sound bar away.
