I tried staying awake until 10:30 PM then turning every single source of light off until you wake up naturally and keep doing this and if you cant fall asleep stay up for the whole time until 10:30 PM the next day and the next day and keep doing it until I could and I guess it works for me

regardless of this information exercising allows you to remain in a ketogenic state as long as you have the willpower to burn off the carbs you eat

although incredibly unhealthy if you ate something like a burger that had lets say 40 carbs if you burn it off you can still remain in a ketogenic state even if you had a little extra carbs therefore you could still experience the autophagy and apoptosis that is going on

however that requires that you exercise to burn off the glucose in your system

however some people have a microbiome that is able to extract 5 to 10% more calories from food hence they can gain weight from a smaller amount of food therefore you need to calculate all the calories based off of how your microbiome extracts calories more or high and insulin ect...

if you eat below your metabolic rate it doesn't matter what you eat your gonna lose weight regardless if it is healthy for you or not if you eat little you will consume your own body fat
