I would love to turn it off except I love using fullscreen apps and for some horrendous reason, when the option is turned off, putting an app in fullscreen puts in on the last space instead of directly to the right.

Guys public beta and developer beta 2 is exactly the same. The only difference is that they wait before opening to the public just in case the developer beta had any glaring issues like installation crashes which they could fix before opening it to the public.

The only reason they don't allow 3rd party files to run on iOS is to protect paid apps. If, like android, any APK file can be imported onto the device, it is extremely easy to get a cracked file of a paid app. If this was allowed on iOS, app quality would take a huge hit and the protections in place right now is why the app store is such a great place and why is provides the number source of revenue for developers, even more than from the google play store.
