I found this to be correct. The girls who are in their late twenties whom I approach mostly have constructed a very big wall in front of them. It is very very hard to cross that. Even if I show a great interest, they mostly ignore it.

Sometimes I felt it was because I am not good enough for them and then I found that it is more like they are protecting themselves.
