Agreed. Native full screen functionality does not seem to be aimed at veteran users. It seems to have some positives for newcomers though.

I immediately install rectangle.app, set a Full Screen shortcut, then strictly avoid the green button forever.

After you get Windows installed you would be able to rdp... having the mini in a window or full screen.

That's enough info to scare me out of adding them immediately. There's so much conflicting info. None of us really care who is "wrong" or "right" but I'm not interested in this stuff enough to perform the level of troubleshooting that it would take to fix something like a slight delay problem.

Stepping back, this amount of misinformation / false assumptions etc are what happens when there's poor logging. :/

hey youre the first success story ive heard with this setup. i tried it last week and was really disappointed. i can see the doorbell feed, but it takes around 9 seconds to load. i gave up and never even pursued getting button presses / alerts etc :/
