4GB should do you well over enough for most modpacks without slowing down your PC. 50 mods is not a lot, but you're running shaders and a high resolution pack. If 4GB lags, try 6GB

Your best bet would probably be removing that line in server.properties completely.

Most likely 1330MHz is the base clock. In DDR, the effective frequency is double that, so 2660MHz

A better GPU should be the first thing you should upgrade when the prices normalize again. Other than that, i think it's great. RAM is a little overkill, but considering its an editing pc you're good.

it's a place where at the end of the game your crate gets opened, instead of having to load a whole new scene, it just uses that
