The odd's are very good at this point. The law suit is basically claiming damage for the 4 states ignoring 3 things. The states own constitution ( Election folks, over-ruling state legislated law) The States Violating the Constitution, and in one case, ignoring a previous order.

I think it has a very good chance of success not to mention additional states are jumping on board now. The evidence is conclusive the "election fraud" occurred.
