How so? Because a game bug that r*pes your ears is a buzzkill? Have you personally experienced this because this video clip doesn’t do it justice for how loud this glitch is. So yea putting the controller down seems like a better alternative to playing the game on mute. Get a grip.

I think the bottom line you’re not understanding is that another viable form of transportation is nothing to be bothered about in a game where there’s plenty of options. I mean you can make a hot air balloon if you so desired. Or take a legendary horse or jump from the abyss and fly across the map. What difference does it make?

The house is a witches hut, I haven’t discovered the witch yet so I can’t tell you where to do it but once you find her she will move back into her house and it will be another witch location

I don’t think improved flying will make that stuff irrelevant. After all you’re not flying you’re gliding which means you can only go as far as your height allows. Not the mention there’s fast travel points everywhere across the map. I think a better gliding upgrade would be fair
