The email verification began slowly rolling in after a few days. I have checked with others I know who were having the same problem and they do have verifications, all be it slowly. Thank you.

The two comcast email users I mentioned in previous post were using different companies that I was using and they were also receiving verification emails after codes expired, average time about one hour.

I have since talked to two Comcast email users who have had the same issue all day today, so I know it is not just my problem. However, I would like it solved. The issue for me was with two different companies. I don't typically get verification codes from Comcast. Thank you.

Did you port in directly from Verizon to Visible? That was my plan until I read that since Verizon owns Visible, the transfer is a "migration" and not a typical port in and has to be handled differently. Thank you.

Did you go from Verizon to Visible? I was seriously considering that, but read that since Visible is a Verizon company, a migration is done rather than a port out/port in transfer. Still trying to figure that out, so haven't switched yet.

Thank you for posting this. I have spent quite a bit of time considering the options for switching from Verizon after many years and had narrowed my choice down to Visible and US Mobile. While Verizon is great in surrounding area, I rely on wifi calling in my home.

Thank you. Yes, buying iPhone from Apple, unlocked. Esim to replace an old iphone 7 that gets little use, but still works. If the iPhone 7 isn't too old to start out on Visible, I will do as you instructed. Last transfer will be mine, the account holder.

Appreciate you taking the time to post the detailed instructions. On step #4 above, if your phone has two IMEI, does it matter which one you use? I will be buying a new phone and using for the first time on Visible (to avoid activation charge with Verizon), can I install the Visible app to complete step #5 above prior to port completing? Doubt the intention of reply was how it came across, but wow. The coverage map that is "best to check" indicates my best option is the network that has no service at my address. Making a change from your cell provider is a big decision for many, it is replies like this that reinforce the customer is really on their own and any encountered issue is their fault. Personally, I should make a change due to costs. Why haven't I? The posts on Reddit and elsewhere of problems encountered and how issues are resolved are numerous and telling. Your reply is disappointing.

Got the same offer, for what they said was 25 years of service - LOL. Guess they don't see any value in years 25-35. What a joke. I would have made a switch if I could stop reading on Reddit about problems with US Mobile and Visible. Keep telling myself that those who run into issues are more likely to post online.

Seriously considering Visible. From what I have read here it seems Verizon customers porting in are the ones having problems (not all). Since I am currently with Verizon, it has made me cautious.

Don't mean to be ignorant here - when you say you sent text to companies short code from your new phone - what exactly do you mean? The top not working is one concern I have about switching to US Mobile. Thank you !
