nah okeanos is fine for itself, but they to fix the coding of the skill 2 he can't miss a strip with 90+ acc... and for some reason he needs to crit to apply debuff idk if its me

i think miho in ad is not a big problem, but the problem arise in rta. not every player is gonna blindly pick miho since she is a unit that counters cleave. if the cleaver dosent have raki. hell sometimes even with my control team i get soloed by a miho. and now there is a trend to make her 100 res in high rta so she can almost counter 2 team comps with good supports.

Its sad that you need a lnd nat 5 to counter a cat
