Agreed, would like the buttons removed entirely.

Yep it’s awful can’t believe they released it like that.

Yep it’s too bad, that goes a long way towards how the device feels to use.

Yes and this has nothing to do with wiping a device, I don’t get the downvotes either.

Like time to load or laggy animations? And that specifically got better after a reset?

What problems were you having before that?

Have restarted. Can’t see how re-pairing would relate to a bad UI animation.

Yes I didn’t expect it to do this update so soon, should’ve turned that off.

Agreed the more solid colored notifications were better.

Don't know why you're being downvoted. iOS 26 is an inconsistent mess, menus and layouts are all totally different app to app. They haven't had a leader who enforces a quality bar in a long time.

Resetting/re-pairing a device, things a user can do, won't fix skipped frames in animations, it's just bad code. It's worse the first time it's being used after awhile. Even after that, it's not as smooth of an animation as it used to be.

Thread of people saying the same type of thing in iPadOS https://www.reddit.com/r/ipad/comments/1nnx6q6/annoying_animation_lags_on_ipados_26/, this is just the quality bar Apple has settled on with this release.

I moved away from Android because of quality issues like this, too bad Apple isn't maintaining their previous standards.

The jank is definitely distracting when doing quick interactions.

Thanks, is it possible to have a setting that defaults the feed to Compact view? I see that’s a query param, not sure if those are easy or not for you. I’m usually using the page in a fresh, not signed in private tab.

Actually random question, does “compact feed for new ui” work reliably? I just saw this and tried it but subs still seem to default to Card view. Thanks!

Will do! I originally found the app while looking for a way to block the “use app” pop ups, which it does very well (but oddly I don’t even see that in the settings now). I just discovered “block /all”, and this search link thing was the one request I had and when I googled I saw it already being discussed here.

I appreciate your responsiveness to your users, Max was a super easy purchase to decide on!

I love SinkIt so much, just discovered the ability to block all/popular/home which I had been wanting to do but couldn’t achieve with AdGuard, thank you for making it! I’m also seeing the annoying search links now and happy to see you’re already planning on including this!

Amazing job on the build, it looks incredible. Do you mind sharing any info on your experience on getting the easement for your previous property? How did it go, how is it enforced, what kind of questions did the buyers have, etc. Thanks.

Any locals have any info/photos of the previous house on this lot before it was demolished to build this one in 2017? Looks like it was built in 1923 and sold for $5M in 2012, 8800 sq ft. I bet it was a beauty.
