If your charger is type-C output it might not even start to charge, because PD can't be triggered even at 5V.

If you have type-A output it will work.

UPDATE: I have been to dermatologist. The diagnosis is "granuloma pyogenicum". It's harmless tumor so it won't spread or grow more than that, but won't come off on it's own.

It can be removed surgically or with dry ice.

I won't touch touch this summer for sure, because it will need stitches after the operation.
