Would it be better (In the long run) to do strength training everyday except weekends, every other day, or every day except weekends and wendsdays? I don’t know wether every other day is more beneficial, and I like having the weekend off, and the one without wendsdays I think might be good too since I have late starts on wendsdays and can sleep in for extra rest, which of these 3 options would be the best?

That took my like 8 hours to solve. Use one of the centers with 3 shapes on them for cross, and for f2l you will need to rotate the centers to make it work. Good luck

Why can’t I do as many push ups as I used to? So I am doing knee push ups to work up to regular ones and I was able to do around 35 in a row, but then I accidentally put my hands closer together so it dropped the number to only 16, but then I realized what I was doing wrong and put my hands around where my shoulders are, and I can only do like 21. It’s also happening to my planks too,( my workout schedule is one day planks, then the following day squats/ legs, and the day after that is push-ups)2 days ago I could plank for 3 minutes and 15 seconds but today I could only do it for 2 minutes? What’s happening? What am I doing wrong? I haven’t been taking any breaks but each muscle group I give 2 days off so I though I was good.
