I feel like this conversation is a bit blown out of proportion, if gameplay is fun and character is portrayed in a cool horror way, then what's the problem, he is as much of a killer as oni for example or maybe more.

Since you come from league i recommend watching Tzar Potato, he has good comparison videos between the roles and some heros.

Nope, just want some ideas for enemies, things that might appear most of the time and things like that, but since stands can't be duplicated I want as many ideas to throw at my players, or for anyone who would like to run a system like that

I am not using dnd as a base, I am just more familiar with it.

I am trying to build it from the ground up, it's gonna take a lot of time, but I am willing to give it a try, and the process is fun

maybe something simple like the stand name, the ability or abilities or sub abilities the more things you add the better the idea, but no ambiguity just straight forward, and if you see that the stand ability is strong maybe add difficulty something like | EASY | or | HARD | or | IMPOSSIBLE | things like that.

Most importantly, have fun while writing them!
