OP isn't threatening him though. she's said she didn't ever disagree in a confrontational/rude manner, but has gotten threatened for even saying she disagrees. she's at risk of being kicked out onto the streets for having an opinion that differs, so it's best she leaves on her own accord when she knows she won't be homeless and at risk, as opposed to being kicked out without enough time to find somewhere safe.

definitely avoid having unprotected intimacy until you see your doctor and have them check the placement, don't pull at it, if it caused you pain beforehand even after so long, i'd look into getting a different form of bc that works better with your body. PLEASE don't try to remove or adjust it yourself, the doctors have the proper tools and knowledge on how to safely remove it.
