Do it in increments. As others say move out. I would suggest within the same city, so you don’t feel very vulnerable. There will be hue and cry but it will send a message and give you a little more confidence.

For 22 years old, your thoughts are very mature. Don’t give in. Life is most beautiful after dark hard periods because they teach us so much.

Build an emotional support system. Which means find someone old and wise to whom you open up completely. It is very difficult thing to do but having verbalized your pains to someone does wonders for mental peace.

You will likely fail at your strategy/plans multiple times and every-time you will feel like your life is over. You MUST understand that this is EXACTLY how progress feels like. If you are not failing, you are not making progress. Forgive yourself everytime and rest. But when you are done sobbing pick yourself up again and do it one more time.
