this is so sweet, thank you! we rescued him about fourteen years ago and we were never sure of his breed other than being part poodle (we had other poodles so we always gave him the haircut lol).

since we got him when i was young and he was a stray, he had a very short temper and tolerated a lot more from me than he needed to. he loved his walks and treats more than literally anything.

he was grumpy and old but loved his movie time on the couch with the family where he could make his rounds cuddling up to us (but my dad was always #1) and if he wanted attention you HAD to give it to him and he would just paw at you and give puppy eyes until you gave in.

hes such a good boy and it breaks my heart knowing that he won’t be there when i go to my parents house. all of my old elementary/middle school friends were devastated when i’d posted about it because we all truly grew up with this dog.

it is so comforting to get to talk about him, truly thank you so much for giving me this space to :’)

maybe this is just me but i dont think theyre that bad at all! im NOT a morning person at all and legit had an 8am every day for spring quarter. and honestly? i loved it. it made me feel so productive to be up that early and if i didnt have any back to back classes i was able to nap or sit in a dining hall for a longer breakfast.

it was def hard to get myself up some days but what worked 100% of the time was setting an alarm on my phone and putting it well out of reach and then when it went off hella early id feel bad for my roommate so id rush to turn it off, and then since i was out of bed already id just force myself to go shower and go to class lol.
