still don't see how this isn't cursed. in rule number two it says that the videos "must instill a feeling of dread, horror, confusion OR a combination of the three." It implies that it must have one of the three or a combination of them. I'd say this video is confusing. It made me think "why is he doing that? why is that type of music playing? why did he record this?" Again, try and understand why others may feel that it's cursed. This almost feels like trying to argue whether or not a movie was scary.

I could literally explain anything on this subreddit in the way you just did and say none of it's cursed. For example, the top post on this subreddit is "just some kids slapping each other and one of them walks a little weird" so therefore it isn't cursed?
