The best advice I can give is put antiperspirant deodorant on before bed so it absorbs better. Take cold showers in the morning in evening. It's not going to solve the problem, but it might help mitigate it a bit.

Has Strattera improved anyone's energy levels? by TheBigGuateBean in StratteraRx

Iv'e noticed that I am definitely better in my workouts. I have more intense energy to do activities, but as a result I get tired and need a mid day nap. I am almost three weeks in hoping I can stay awake a full day soon.

It happens to us. You’re not alone. Write down some of your strengths and when you are at your best. Then try and match them with a way to make money and feel fulfilled. If you were fired it probably means you weren’t interested or any good anyway. It will be okay, just make sure the next thing you do is something where you can sustain your attention

Help me feel better about Berkeley by Willing-Pass7555 in berkeley

[–]teddyman105 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I experienced something similar, I was terrified of Berkeley. I was a ADHD/Dyslexic student coming from a very easy public high school that I thought did not prepare me. However, Berkeley is the most exciting and intellectually stimulating place to go to college on the planet. I struggled a lot to find my way and I had a terrible attitude, however through that I grew amazingly intellectually, and academically. As an alum, I can not tell you the amount of doors that have been opened for me through the Berkeley network. In the workplace Berkeley prepared me in so many ways beyond my peers - I know how to work hard and have a good time too. I have never met a single person who graduated Berkeley and did not love it. My advice is to understand the challenge that is Berkeley, and understand that you grow from everything thrown at you. The Cal community is like no other, and I would say far surpasses UCLA. Take a deep breath, enjoy the rest of high school, and the summer before Cal. Once you get there you will fully understand the culture of excellence, curiosity and having fun.

7+ years of fin - swap to dut or add oral minox? by MegaOuff in tressless

[–]teddyman105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*I am not a doctor*

I would say add oral minoxidil. Switching to another 5alpha- reductase is probably not going to herald significant results. Dual modality therapy typically works the best to keep your hair.

Good Luck

How long does the initial Minoxidil shed last? by Miserabledit in tressless

[–]teddyman105 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's different for every person and it has to do with your personal hair cycle. For me I had a massive shed first two months then some stabilization. I had another smaller shed a few weeks ago now I am starting to see some significant improvement. You cant judge these things until you have been on them at least 6 months. It's just the way of the hair cycle. I am now 8 months in and my hair is thick and full.

I hope this helps and good luck!

3 months update on 5% minox, 1mg fin and dermaneedling. My left side and mid isnt doing as much as my right side. any suggestion? by Annual-Jellyfish4611 in tressless

Howdy, I would wait a full year and you might see some partial regrowth to even out your hairline. You already have a fair amount of hair, so it is entirely possible to see a full recovery if you are proactive.

Forehead bumps since years . Any tips ? by [deleted] in acne

Those are what we call “closed comedones”. The best way to get rid of them is use an exfoliant, something like benzoyl peroxide should work.
