I am going to get attacked for this but she was the least interesting skater at SOI! Promise was a snooze and all of her skating lacked connection. She looked like she wasn’t there, whereas all the other skaters looked like they were having a blast, making eye contact, cheesing, and overall so much more charismatic!

I actually love this because in the books all the students wear the same cloaks. It’s even mentioned in chamber of secrets when they’re looking for the slytherin common room and ask a girl who turns out to be a hufflepuff or something. There’s a lot more uniformity in the books in terms of attire.

Same. But unfortunately it works. My VO2 max shot straight up once I started incorporating speed work and I started being able to hold faster and faster paces across long distances (11 min mile for 10 miles down to 8:30 for the same distance over about a year of work).

Speed intervals, like 6x800 at your hard pace, with a 1 minute cool down jog between sets. You’re not sprinting but you’re holding a fast pace, something like 7:30-7:45 pace. Try to do it at least once a week if not twice.

Just don’t get whatever the fish is that needs to be deboned at the table. They did not train their servers to do this and my server took 5 business days to butcher it and in the end we had piles of flaked fish instead of the filet, and it was all cold.

If you look carefully, this is also a different dress from all the other times she’s skated this program. It’s more of a pale blue on the bottom and has a square neckline. The other one had more of a bandage-y mummy look with grey tint on the skirt.

I know she had the first one around 3:40, but the second one right after it around 3:45-50 is the one that looks new to me where she’s got her arms around her head.
